Chess Pieces - Master players find themselves to be pawns in a larger game as an international chess championship becomes a political showdown between East and West in Chess, a Tim Rice musical performed by MIT’s Musical Theatre Guild. The musical, playing at 8pm on Friday and Saturday and 2pm Saturday and Sunday in La Sala de Puerto Rico, will be reviewed in Tuesday’s issue.
